Change your web browser to Google Chrome – Chrome recently passed firefox as the most used browser in the WORLD… there is a reason of this, its just that much better – get it…
Evernote for all your devices… I use evernote for all my note taking… it syncs across ALL devices so you can edit them wherever you are…
Use Gmail as your mail client… we are bombarded by sooooo many emails daily, its soooo important to have it under control…

Here are my top 7 tips on how to be more productive…
1. Write down EVERYTHING that you have to do – get it ouyt of your head… I use a note pad and pen then cross it out when your done…(great feeling)
2. Do one thing at a time… it’s hard to start and finish one task with so much going on during the day but make it your goal… and you will be surprised about what you can achieve…
3. Keep your inbox EMPTY! Easier said than done but this is how mine looks all the time…if you have an empty inbox then you have a clear head… note: using gmail makes this way easy…
4. Turn off ALL phone notifications – be they are for email, facebook, sport or any other push notification, just turn them all off – you can still check them but you can do it on YOUR terms…
5. Time Managment… getting the most out of your available time… if your waiting for a meeting and you have a spare 10 minutes, use it to clean up your inbox instead of starting something you’ll have to go back to…
6. Energy Levels… know your body… Know how you feel at different times of the day… are you more productive first thing in the morning or straight after lunch? work accordingy…
7. Mindset… if you want to be more productive, you have to think like it – make a concusses effort not to be distracted and to stay focuses and disciplined…
